SM96 High power Single Phase Pump Controller
This is a heavy-duty waste water pump controller that will support large submersible pumps, including grinder pumps for sewage tank control. It also contains drive circuits for Motor Start capacitors for the larger single phase pumps. Other features are external visual& audible alarms and an internal data-logger.

SM99 Single phase, Single Pump Controller
This is the simple form of the larger SM96 controller in a compact IP65 enclosure. It has the same software, features and data logging capacity as the SM96, except uses a compact relay to switch a single pump up to 1200 watts. If external contactors & overloads are fitted, this is capable of switching 3-Phase pumps.

SM199 Compact Dual Pump Controller
This is a Dual-Pump version of the SM99. It supports either conductivity probes or float sensors. It may be used to trigger an audible or visual alarm when critical water levels are reached. An Alarm Mute button can suppress the audible alarm for 6-hours. It has external visual and audible alarms and internal data-logger features.

SM203 Simple pump controller module
This small module, powered from 240VAC, used for draining a tank or sump when a predetermined level has been reached . A conductivity probe or float switch is used to trigger pump operation, which will automatically stop 25 seconds after probe goes dry again. It does not come with an enclosure

SM252 Compact Dual Pump Controller with LCD Display
The SM252 supports Duty/Standby pumps and level sensors. This is suitable for pumping down a pit or water tank when a predefined level is met. The LCD Display shows pump activity, probe status, hourmeter and various alarm conditions. Pumps auto-alternate between cycles for even wear. Pump outlets are via two integral3-pin AC power points, suitable for common submersible pumps .

SM268 Dual Recirculating Pump Controller with LCD Display
The SM268 controller is intended for pump installations where water must circulate continuously. Suitable for Aquaculture & Hydroponics. The two pumps alternate at frequent intervals for even wear. Where flow fails, the alternate pump is activated and alarms trigger. An LCD display provides alarm status and pump usage.

SP96 Conductivity Probes
Suitable for most of the Alian Electronics pump range, these are a simple stainless probe that may be set to a pre-determined depth in a holding tank. Designed to fit inside standard 20mm PVC conduit, probe depth may be set by conduit length.
An air pocket around the pin prevents accidental tracking of detected water to earth.

SL96 Float Switch
Where conductivity probes are unsuitable, these reed-relay type float switches may be used to detect water levels with all pump controllers in the range.
Designed for bulkhead installation, they may be either mounted directly into the side of a tank, or into the side of square PVC duct that is is inserted into a tank.

SM96 TERM Data Logger System
The SM96TERM software can download and store data log information from the SM96, SM99, SM199 pump controllers.
A full copy of the data log is then transferred into the program via this non-contact link. The data may then be viewed or saved to the PC hard drive for later interpretation.
Pump activity is recorded in 4-hour blocks which shuffle across and add to the Running Totals. In this way the operator can have a close look at recent events as well as the long-term effectiveness of the pumping system.
