- Assembled from a mix of Through Hole and Surface Mount components.
- The clock is crystal locked, battery backed and 12/24 hour time selectable, so it's GMT ready.
- Size is 160 x 190mm, with an enclosure fabricated from screen-printed pcb material.
- It is powered by a 9 to 12V plug pack, or 5V USB connection. A photocell makes it auto-dim at night, so it’s great next to the bed. Low QRM design! Assembly time is approximately 2 hours.
- As a kit, it is a straightforward construction project, taking between 2 and 3 hours to complete.
- The microprocessor that supplies the intelligence to this unit is pre-programmed and ready to use.
