SM267 LCD DISPLAY MODULE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SM267 shows two rows of 16 characters on a green back-lit screen. A front and rear view of this module is shown above.
This module supports the SM263 Motor Controller, When fitted to a motor controller it can show information such as battery condition, speed setting, direction and hours of operation. It has a manually adjustable screen contrast setting and an electronic beeper. It connects to the SM263 via a 6-wire flat cable assembly.
This module differs from other Alian display modules, as it is more compact , supports motor controller throttle wires (via a rear terminal block labeled 'Control') from an SM275 Throttle Control Module or similar circuit.
It has automatic back-light deactivation when no display data is received from the host system. This saves battery power when the host motor controller is on standby.
